- Front Desk computer sales. Enters details about the person, have they had a computer from us before, computer details, the accessories they bought, date purchased, did they get a guide, booked in for training, are they going to Windows.
- Warehouse Coordinator enters details of eWaste dispatched and enters weight and price for each category. The categories are metal, copper, plastics.............,
- Warehouse Coordinator enters details of donations received and details about donors.
4. Committee Member adds Volunteers into the database. Volunteers are builders and can sometimes be recips. They might also be donors. 5. WFD Coordinator adds WFD participants.

Use Cases for Information Output
- Front Desk answers call from recipient needing user support. Looks up database to find out, when they got their computer, what configuration, passwords, have they had training, have they had user support before, aggression rating.
- Front Desk/recipient call unhappy with computer. Looks up database to find out, when they got their computer, what the configuration is, whether they had training, how much they paid, did they have user support, did they get a training guide, aggression rating
- Coordinator wants to know how many computers we sold last month, what models, how much did they cost us, how much profit, GST paid.
- Hardware wants to know how many computers they need to build this week and what configurations.
- Front desk wants to know how many and what sort of computers are available for sale.
- Coordinator wants to know who donated computers this month.
- Warehouse Coordinator wants to track how many kilos of waste we sold last month, how much did we receive for each category. How much we paid for monitor processing, GST.
- Trainer wants to know what percentage of computer buyers have had training.
- Possible sponsor wants to know how many people stay with Linux.
- Coordinator making a report wants to list our major donors.
- Coordinator prints our a list of volunteers according to their expertise.
- Coordinator wants to do a survey of users/recipients
- Caller on the phone wants to know when they will receive their appkit. They requested it a week ago. Did we send it? Can we check the address we sent it to? (or we could go back to using a mail out book)
