Operational groups comprise of Computerbank volunteers/members who are involved in the management and decision making processes in a particular area . 

Some of the groups to exist at Computerbank are:

* ApplicationsAdminAndTrainingGroup (Applications, Administration, and Training) Works closely with TechnicalGroup, CodersGroup (DataBase) and WebDocumentationGroup

* GeneralManagement (Covers Finance, Donations, Policy Development, Grants, Fundraising and Employment)

*  DatabaseProject working on Computerbank's second database
