Commenced 6.25pm Present: Con, Wendy, Michael and Jan

During the discussions the following was agreed:

Jan to speak to the two people interested in IT volunteering and will ask them if they have database design experience. (sent email to both - no response yet)

Wendy to contact Julian about network access and svn. (Perhaps we look at Launchpad first)

Con to download FreeGeek's database and report on its contents.

Jan to prepare a process diagram of current workflow captured in database. (Has started on use cases and has bought Database Design book 'Begininning Database Design, from novice to professional by Clare Churcher)

Michael to research examples of real work use of Django and postgreSQL

Next Friday Con plans to take an image of the current Rhadam and OS and establish it on a machine in the Software Development room. Wendy will meet Con a 1pm to look at the data on the new machine.
